Beautiful location

This apartment is in a great location (surprisingly quiet), with a park on the doorstep and wide array of birdlife (butcher birds, honey eaters, blackbirds, pigeons, white plumed honeyeater). It worked well for our old dog to be able to access grass just outside the front door and a park through the back gate, with only one small step. The apartment was adequately resourced for basic meals and sleeping.
