The property was very clean and welcoming with everything you would need. It is in a lovely quiet street in an interesting neighborhood, easily accessed by car or public transport. Very convenient and nice.

Quiet in Kensington

Great neighbourhood, so quiet among little streets and laneways! Townhouse is good, a little tired, and some minor niggles with taps not turning off properly and with 2 toilets - but only one bathroom. Beds were comfy. Check in and out were smooth and flexible. Communication was good.

Was advertised as “5 minutes walk to Melbourne Showgrounds.” This is false. 15 to 20 minutes would be more acurate. It would be nice to have some heating in the bathroom. The TV is non-functional. I didn’t want to watch a lot but stil…
