The listing doesn’t mention that this house is not only on a busy street but also the corner of two busy streets and rough houses around it. We tried to cancel knowing we wouldn’t get our money back and had no luck in hearing from the host directly….only AI replies that were not helpful.

Wonderful Stay and Great Location

This property did not disappoint. It is beautifully decorated and clean. This property provides ample space for anyone with a family to spread out. The host was exceptionally responsive when we needed to reach out. This is a property we would want to stay at again, you will not be disappointed as it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very spacious

We had an excellent stay. Lots of space both indoors and outside. It’s a very clean and safe neighborhood. We cooked both inside and outside. The 3 bathrooms were a game changer… Family visited and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for being so welcoming .

Upscale Peoria Home

The home was clean and in a good general area with shopping, restaurants, cactus league ballfields, golfing and hiking all a short distance away. The specific location was on busy cross streets that were somewhat noisy but were more of a nuisance than a major aggravation once we got used to it.

Upon our arrival there was an issue getting into home but finally resolved. This is a beautiful home with spacious and comfortable rooms. Plenty of room for a family or just girls vacation! It's true it is located on a busy corner but the noise didn't bother us too much. Great area with many good restaurants and shopping nearby so convenient! Would stay here again but sure wish there was a tv in the master to chill out!

Stunning Home

Had a really amazing experience. Everything is as advertised and the location is fantastic. The only possible drawback is there is a little bit of outside noise from traffic with it being right on that corner. As far as the house though, it was everything we hoped for.

Great House-really loud intersection

The house is awesome, however, the location is on a very busy intersection and the road noise is tremendous. I would highly suggest bringing an echo dot to play brown noise to drown out the road noise. The putting green is great as well as the corn hole game. The grill area is fantastic. All in all our stay was fabulous and the house is beautiful.

The property itself is beautiful and it was very clean. Description did indicate that there was road noise however it was louder than expected. Property is on the corner of two busy roads so that contributed to the issue. Also internet/cable was not good unable to really watch tv without continuous interruptions.

Mostly enjoyable stay

Stayed with my family here for six nights. Pros: beautifully remodeled home, both interior and exterior. With good weather, the backyard was a hit with the kids. Beds were comfortable, especially in the master. Cons: house is right off of a big intersection, so traffic noise is very loud. The Wifi was spotty. Strangely there is a TV in every room except for the master. There’s an alarm system, but it was disabled. Disappointing since you’re right on a main street. The hot water stopped working after the first day. Although the property manager was responsive to get it fix, it did take two days to fix, but even after that the hot water only lasted for one shower, so problematic for a family of four.

As a frequent traveler with experience across many short-term rental properties, I can say this Peoria home has genuine appeal — but also some notable areas that need attention. Here is a full breakdown to help future guests know exactly what to expect.THE GOOD • Open, bright layout — The floor plan is spacious and filled with natural light, giving the home an inviting, airy feel from the moment you walk in • Upscale design and decor — Thoughtfully decorated with a modern, high-end aesthetic • Private bathroom per bedroom — A major plus for families and groups • Ample parking — Plenty of space for multiple vehicles • Great backyard — Well-sized outdoor space perfect for Arizona evenings, gatherings, or letting kids run around • New appliances throughout — Kitchen and home appliances are modern and fully functional • Unbeatable convenience — Grocery store, gas station, and everyday essentials are just minutes awayTHE BAD • Busy intersection noise — The home sits on a corner at a heavily trafficked intersection; loud vehicles pass at all hours of the day and night • Front window won’t close properly — One of the front-facing windows has a mechanical issue preventing it from fully sealing, which amplifies road noise and lets in dust • Dusty floors — Walked around in socks and they turned brown quickly • Primary shower grout needs deep cleaning — The grout showed visible buildup and discoloration • Stained bath towels — Towels had been washed but carried stains that laundering did not remove • Limited hot water — Two people showering using the dual shower heads depleted hot water in about 10 minutes, completely cold by 15 — an issue for families or larger groups • No TV in the primary bedroom — Every other room had a television except the primary suite, which felt like a surprising and unexplained omission

Nice, clean place to stay.

Very nice clean place to stay. I would say that as advertised is spot on. Could maybe use some more pots and pans cooking Utensils. Maybe some things to store foods in, bags aluminum foil other necessities. It is on a busy intersection that a noise can be Loud at times but didn't really bother us to much. We stayed over Christmas and the host left us an Apple pie and a welcome bag and some cards, was very nice!!

Family stay for a baseball tournament

Pros: We really enjoyed this property especially the outdoor area with corn hole, putting green, and outside bar/tv area. Our teenager loved it, and it gave us time as a family when we were not at the baseball fields. The inside was also nice as if it was a model home. The owner was easy to reach via email or phone if we needed anything. Cons: -Right by the busy street which can be nosy at night. But, it was nice that there was a grocery store right across the street. -Mattresses were really hard in all the rooms. (More of a preference for us.)
