The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home is in "The Nations" and is down the street from Nashville’s famous Hattie B’s and the brand new L&L Market where you can grab delicious milk shakes or do some shopping. A very short drive to Downtown Broadway!

Getting Around:
Our place is a short Uber and Lyft ride to get get anywhere in Nashville.

Just a $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. Quick ride to BNA Airport, and only 2 miles from the new Top Golf!!!

Other Things to Note:
There is an active recording Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door for safety and security purposes. I will be sending a Rental Agreement upon booking.

Great property

Great location, very clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy at times but overall a great weekend in Nashville.

Great stay!

Overall clean, close to everything, not walkable neighborhood. Great house, wonderful and very responsive host. We stayed with friends for a total of 4 adults and 5 kids age 11 and up. Everyone slept comfortably and house is really spacious with lots of areas to hang out. Overall we had a great stay!

Amazing place to stay

This place is great for whatever you choose to do in Nashville whether you plan on staying in or going out on the town. Definitely would stay here again.
