This spacious and updated one-bedroom villa is perfect for your stay on Isle of Palms. Located in the Mariner's Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort, this unit is steps away from the pool and a two minute walk from the beach.This condo offers an open layout on two floors for extra privacy with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room and dining areas downstairs. Unique to this unit there is a half bath on the first floor as well for guest staying on the downstairs sofa bed that offers additional sleeping on a queen memory foam pullout. The villa's screened-in patio includes a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping coffee or dining al fresco. The renovated pool for Mariner's Walk has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes!

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

NO PARTIES PERMITTED OF ANY KIND! NOISE ORDINANCE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES PERMITTED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.

Starter kit provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.

Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Just Book it!

Absolutely wonderful place. Even better than it looks in the photos. Great view of the ocean, super short walk to the beach. So impressed with how clean the place was. Well worth it- stop searching for places and just book this one.

Charming condo

This charming condo was a perfect place to spend our vacation at IOP last week. It was adorably decorated, and the location provided perfect, easy access to the beach and pool. It was one of the best-appointed condos I have ever stayed in and was so clean which to me can make or break your stay. The porch with the swing was just icing on the cake and was perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a good book. I can highly recommend this condo!

This place has everything you want

It has a great location, with a great view of the beach and pool. It has all the comforts of home, plus a sleeping porch, great for afternoon naps. It has everything you need to prepare great meals, which we did several times. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Can't wait to do it again.

Best place ever!!

The condo is as advertised and is fully equipped for your stay. Loved being so close to the beach and watching the sunrise from the screened in porch while having coffee. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for a little slice of Heaven!

Great little place

Comfortable, clean unit. Enough space for four but not super big. Swing on the porch was awesome. Ocean view with easy access to beach and pool. Great resort. Could use a few more blankets and beach towels.

My husband and I were stunned at how beautiful and well equipped this unit was. No detail was left out. Very clean. We loved the short walk to the beach. This was one of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. Highly recommend…..you will not be disappointed!!!!

Super clean and beautifully decorated

Steps from the beach, away from the commercial part of wild dunes. Well appointed, comes with everything you’d need (like dish washer tabs and laundry detergent) and so comfortable. I fell in love as soon as I walked in the door. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful upgraded condo in a great family friendly resort

We rented 9 different condos for a huge family reunion held at Mariners Walk. This particular unit was super nice and recently upgraded throughout. The screened-in porch is an added bonus when overlooking the pool or ocean. We loved it!!

Amazing Weekend in IOP

This property is perfection. The decor is beautiful. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The screened-in porch with a swing is a wonderful place to spend the evenings. The pool is just steps outside the unit and it's a very short walk to the beach. Everything that we could possibly need is provided. We'll definitely be back!

Mariner's Walk 10B

This is a beautifully appointed condo! Top drawer everything! Our only recommendation is that you provide beach towels. A condo on the beach needs beach towels. The property manager was amazing. He replied to every question and request within minutes! :)

Immaculate

Everything about this property was awesome! This condo was exceptionally clean. It was decorated like a home and garden magazine cover. The condo was only a few steps down the path to the beach. The bed swing on the porch was enjoyable in the afternoons. When I say the place was clean, I mean there wasn’t a spect of sand or dust even on the baseboards. My family and myself will be back again! Thank you for the use of your home!

Vacation and Baseball

Our first time to Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes. This property in Mariners Walk was perfect for our family of 3! The inside was immaculately clean and true to the pictures!! The patio was our favorite. We sit on the day bed swing for hours especially of the morning while drinking coffee. It offers a great view of the fun that lays ahead with the pool just steps away and the ocean view on the horizon over the dunes! The condo functioned perfectly with plenty of space. A bathroom downstairs and full master bathroom upstairs. The couch bed was perfect and very comfortable for sleeping! In addition to vacation, my son was playing travel baseball at the Shipyard Baseball Complex. This location was an easy drive on the mornings he had games. Lastly, convenient parking right out front of the condo! Made it easy for loading and unloading! We would love to return!

Relaxing beach getaway

We had a great time at Heidi’s condo- it is exactly as advertised (and maybe even better!). My husband and I had never been to IOP before but wanted to be close to the water and golf- we had both! Wild Dunes is a sleepy gated community at the far end of the island but there is a grocery store and several bars/restaurants about 10 minutes from there. The kitchen is very well outfitted so we cooked in more often than we normally would on vacation and enjoyed dinner on the screened in porch listening to the waves. We played at both golf courses in Wild Dunes (great!) and took day trips to see some of the sights nearby. We had a wonderful time and would love to be back!

The Perfect Place!

My husband and I were so excited to stay here and I have to say that the photos of the property are great, but it's even better in person! The condo is nicely decorated, very clean, and bright and you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. The interior design of throughout the condo is amazing! The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking and lots of counter space. We appreciated the use of the washer and dryer as we were in the middle of a two week roadtrip vacation. It was great being so close to the pool and the ocean; both can be seen while you lounge on the amazing bed swing on the screened in porch. This property is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely plan on going back, but for a longer stay next time :) Communication with the owner was great and they were very timely in getting back to us when we had a question for them. I'd give this rental 10 stars if I could! Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!

Perfect Escape

I needed a last minute escape! As a healthcare provider, this past year has been busy & challenging and I needed a simple escape, somewhere I could sit and be still. This home met that expectation and more. First - the pictures truly represent what the home looks like, no filter!!! Serene, clean, perfect energy. When I walked in to hear the sounds of jazz playing and I looked straight out to the screened in patio and ocean, I immediately knew I was in the right place. The swing bed on the patio, my favorite spot. Sitting on the swing with a morning cup of coffee and some music, started my day off perfectly. Then the proximity to the beach! A very short walk and you’re there. I did not have to reach out to the host much because there were no issues. However, they were very easy to deal with during the booking process and always responded quickly. I could go on and on about my experience but I think what’s most important is that I want to return and make it an annual solo vacation. Perfect serenity! Highly recommend!

Perfect Tranquil Beach Stay for a Small Family

If you’re going to the Charleston area and have stumbled upon this listing, stay here. It was the perfect location to relax. We are a family of two adults and one teenager and it was just the right amount of space for us. Heidi & Chris’ condo was beautifully decorated, super clean, cozy, and right on the beach. Trust me, lying on the big porch swing, listening to the ocean is just the thing you need to unwind from your busy life. The condo looks just like the photos and has everything you need to cook and live comfortably if you pick up a few groceries at the Harris Teeter on your way into Isle of Palms. We made several trips to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. It was so easy to drive around. We learned our way everywhere after just a couple of days. So many great restaurants, historic sites, museums, boat tours and beautiful shells on the beach. Highly recommend taking an eco tour (with COA) to the salt marshes. We stopped on Morris Island and saw bottlenose dolphins, beautiful marsh birds, a minx and we found several conch shells and sand dollars. People on our tour also found quite a few sharks teeth around the bend from the old lighthouse. The aircraft carrier at Patriots Point was really neat to tour inside too. The Gibbes Art Museum has a wonderful collection. Be sure to see the Patrick Dougherty Stickworks sculpture while there. Historic Charleston is so charming and full of beautiful homes. Very walkable. Our favorite restaurant was Lewis Barbecue. Absolutely the BEST brisket and side dishes we’ve ever had! Mt. Pleasant has lots of great restaurants too. The Vicious Biscuit was also fantastic! A helpful book of recommendations is in the condo. We really couldn’t have asked for more, except perhaps warmer weather (but it was March). It was sunny and in the 60s. Very breezy near the water so we ended up wearing jeans and light jackets most days. We had one glorious warm beach day. There are comfy chairs and beach towels in the condo so you don’t need to haul any gear. If you go after May, you’ll get to enjoy the fabulous fenced in pool just steps from the back door.
