Commissioned by a long-time Flinders family and designed by Rohan Riley, this incredible family home is generous in size and position. Overlooking the 10th hole and 11th tee of Flinders Public Golf course with direct fairway access, you can enjoy all that Flinders and its surrounds have to offer. Positioned opposite Flinders Park and Playground, around the corner to the Flinders General Store, cafes and restaurants, within walking distance to the pier, and surrounded by beaches - this is a pure, calm, and rejuvenating indulgence.
There are two accommodation levels. The ground floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms; bathrooms include underfloor heating, full laundry, a golf storage room with ramp and direct access to the course, a bar/kitchenette with bar fridge, a lounge room with direct access to the fire-pit, and small rear, protected deck overlooking the ocean and golf course. The garden area is fully fenced for your pooch (but keep an eye out for local rabbits and stray golf balls).
Upstairs is accessed via the magnificent curved stairs (including a handcrafted port hole) to the large master bedroom offering a King bed, walk-in wardrobe through to your underfloor heated ensuite at one end, and kitchen, dining, lounge, and outdoor dining area at the other. The expansive open-plan "cathedral" room is light, bright, warm, and cozy, overlooking the fairways. The outdoor dining has been designed for maximum light and protection from the winds on any given day, with a gas bbq and seating area for 10.

Upper Level
Room 1: Main room, incl. king bed, walk-in robe, and en-suite, office desk, and chair.

Lower Level
Room 2: Queen Room, incl. robe, ensuite, and conjoining powder room.
Room 3: Queen Room, incl. robe, share a bathroom with optional toddler bed and change mat.
Room 4: Queen Room, incl. robe, shared bathroom.
The lower level kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, and essential tea-coffee, and the living room is inclusive of a smart tv, and an outdoor sitting deck with views of the golf course and a fire pit; the 2nd living space is a perfect space for a quiet read or tv viewing, with books and board games available.
All bathrooms include an underfloor heating switch on-off wall panel under the basin.
Includes: Nespresso pod coffee machine, including milk frother.

All bookings are subject to the owner's approval.
Firewood is provided for the duration of your stay; additional is available for purchase from the village store.
Pets can stay by prior arrangement; an additional pet levy applies—fully fenced rear yard. Bring your dog bed and pets to stay in the mudroom on the lower level overnight with access to a fully fenced yard facing the golf course.
Parties, functions, and smoking are not allowed at this property.
Shoes, including heels, and outdoor furniture, are not allowed inside.
Key safe access is available.
A refundable bond is required.
As part of our terms and conditions, an online Guest Registration form must be completed with a signature and a valid driver's licence.
The property does not include a lift.
Please Note: There are four external cctv cameras on the property with motion sensors. These are strictly for security purposes only during periods of vacancy. The privacy of guests can be assured at all times.
