The house has been lovingly renovated using Passivhaus principles with all doors/windows double glazed (some hand made), fully insulated and well sealed. So the wood fire heats the whole house easily.
Non-toxic cleaning methods are used throughout the house. Certified organic amenities are also provided.

There are three bedrooms, one queen, and two doubles. Soft linen and pillows are provided for these beds.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed (guests provide own bedding)
One double bed has a king single mattress tucked underneath (guests provide own bedding).

The contemporary kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, large fridge/freezer, wall oven, dishwasher, Sodastream, toaster, milk frother, kettle and all crockery, pots/pans and cutlery. A cook's delight.
Make yourself a coffee with the Nespresso coffee pod machine or make a healthy cold-pressed juice with the Oscar Neo juicer.

The large bathroom has a clawfoot bath that looks out over the beautiful views and into the trees. Luxuriate in the walk-in shower with supplied Warbotanicals body wash.
The Miele washing machine is also in this area for guest use.

The light-filled living room boasts a snuggly wood heater, leather couches and a brand new 32" LED smart Android TV for those rainy afternoons streaming your favourite movies over WIFI.
In the separate study/play room you'll find board games, kid's and adult's books and a desk.

From the living room, step onto the huge (100m2) decking space and large flat lawn with swings and a trampoline. The property is a third of an acre.
The deck surrounds the house and overlooks the lowlands. It is perfect for BBQs and relaxing whilst marvelling at the views. A Weber Kettle BBQ is provided for guest use.

Throw some kindling into the outdoor fire pit and draw the hand-crafted Adirondack chair close for a lovely night under the stars.

The 1300m2 garden spreads over two tiers. The upper steps off the deck and is flat lawn for picnics and play on the swings.

The lower garden tier has extensive garden beds full of flowers in the Summer. We harvest these and sell them to local florists.At times we can be found lovingly tending the garden but will not come to upper level and will not disturb your privacy. Equally, if you feel like a chat, come down and say hi!
The kids can bounce on the Springfree trampoline and play hide and seek amongst the trees.
