The Unique 'tinyhouse inspired' single room studio is connected to the main residence, but well isolated. it has a private entrance, is fully self contained with self check in and features a elevated queensize bed, a comfy window lounge and sofa to put your feet up and relax. Theres a Smart TV, Wifi, Mood lighting, fun couples games, a cosy 'flame effect' electric fireplace, tea/coffee, and more!

Intimate and comfortable, the relaxing loungeroom area is perfect for a single or couple to relax on the sofa or stretch out on the window seat with a Thai Kapok Daybed . Enjoy bushland outlooks under the large return verandah to the garden and the setting sun, or a night of watching a nice movie or series on the Samsung Smart TV.

There are a few fun couples games to explore, and a random selection of books to browse or read.

The modern kitchen is compact but easily large enough for a long stay, with combo oven/microwave/grill, full size fridge/freezer and dual ceramic cooktop with range.

The quality Ensuite has a generous 1000 x 1000 corner shower, soft lighting, a quality rimless toilet, and isn't too close to the bed area to be intrusive.

Tilt-and-turn double glazed windows and french doors fit with pull down cellular blinds add to the comfort and privacy!
