Outlook Escape is a gorgeous, spacious property conveniently located in Cowes (Red Rocks) within easy walking distance to Red Rocks beach and a short drive to Cowes central. The perfect relaxing getaway for the whole family or couples and pets at any time of year.

This beautiful modern beach house features 3 generous size bedrooms and a Sunroom (which can be 4th Bedroom). An 8 - 10 seater timber dining table and a huge kitchen with a long 5m bench with barstools which is a crowd pleaser.

The Space
Located in Cowes, this beautiful holiday home is very close to the local beach. Outlook Escape is located along a quiet road, 4 kilometres from the bustling main centre of Cowes. The lovely north-facing bay beach is less than 10 minute's walk from the end of the road, and a 1km drive is a licensed general store and petrol station at Anchorage Rd.

Red Rocks is a tranquil and laid-back holiday location, with a family-friendly beach that fronts Western Port Bay. It is set just before rolling farmland and is conveniently located just a short drive from the famous Penguin Parade, Grand Prix Circuit, Golf Ranch and Phillip Island Winery. Relax and unwind at Outlook Escape - close to the many attractions of Phillip Island including surf beaches, swimming beaches, wineries, wildlife sanctuaries, wetlands, bike paths, boating facilities, The Nobbies, Churchill Island, Chocolate Factory and excellent restaurants.

This home has been freshly styled throughout giving it such a coastal homey feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities along with allocating parking spaces. You can sit back in your courtyard with landscaped garden and entertain the family with a relaxing BBQ.

Close to beach, penguins, Grand Prix track, wineries, and nature walks. It is peaceful and only 4kms to the busy centre of Cowes.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
