Awesome Dawson is a super cute and remodeled condo located just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort. Awesome Dawson is going to knock your socks off with remodeled kitchen, wood burning fireplace and peaks of Lake Tahoe! This one-of-a-kind one bedroom condo is located on the ground level of the complex with a queen size master bedroom, wood burning fireplace and huge wrap around deck! This is the perfect setup for a small family or a romantic getaway! Walk outside and catch the shuttle for a short 5 minute ride to Heavenly Ski Resort or take a short drive, about 10 minutes, to casinos and beaches! Lake Tahoe is waiting for you and this condo is perfect for your long term getaway. 30 day minimum is required but the cost is purely economical!

Very important: The photos that show the 2 single beds does not have egress, which means you cannot go out or leave this bedroom except through the bedroom door.
