The property is situated in the Waterfront estate just 650m stroll onto the beach, 2km to Agnes Water precinct and 4km to 1770 waterfront, Marina & boat ramp. Ducted air-conditioning throughout, fans plus free Wi-Fi

• Luxurious pool - outdoor entertaining patio with dining setting, bar with fridge, outdoor fans
• Spacious loungeroom with smart TV and free WiFi, dining table plus 2nd media/office room with tv and lounge.
• Fully self-contained kitchen including family sized ice maker fridge, built in oven and stove and island bench with stools
• Master bedroom - King Bed with linen TV, air-con, fans, private pool access, Ensuite with spa bath and shower
• Two bedrooms with Queen beds and fourth bedroom with 2 x king singles, air-con, fans & linen provided.
• Main bathroom – gas hot water plus a full laundry room with washer and dryer
• Double garage - 4 car maximum - room to park a boat on the driveway

Our first Agnes Water Stay

The house and pool were lovely, perhaps even a little better than the photos depicted. The place was clean and had all amenities and close to town/shops/beach. My only small comment and not a criticism is that the back garden vegetation was overgrown and really needed a tidy - but not something which impacted our 3 weeks there. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

Agnes Water

We’ve just had a great stay at Agnes Water in this Sunset Drive property. The house was beautifully presented and worked really well for our family of 6. Great kitchen with huge pantry, the pool/outside area was awesome, 2 tv areas (one for adults, one for kids) and we really appreciated the ducted air conditioning throughout the house on those hot days. It was a short walk to the beach, and only took 15 minutes to walk down to the patrolled beach. There is a bike path to ride either into Agnes or 1770. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family holiday home close to the beach

Beautiful and spacious property, clean, modern, fully furnished and well maintained. Love the beautiful swimming pool. Only 3 minute drive to seventeen seventy beach. Perfect location.
