WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING COWES HAS TO OFFER!!
This Cowes Escape is the perfect place for your weekend or annual holiday - ideal for families, friends and couples.
Leave your car as everything Cowes has to offer is close by, beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets.

Wake up in the morning and enjoy your beach walk before breakfast or have a BBQ in the evening with your friends. Modern furnishings and fixtures will make it feel like a home away from home with you wanting to come back for more.

The places to visit and things to do on the island are endless but the one everyone comes to the Island for is the Penguin Parade - this is not to be missed!! There is something for everyone. You could hire a bike or enjoy a stroll along the beach. Kids can enjoy Amaze N Things, mini golf, bowling, Go Karts at the GP track and visit Seal Rocks where up to 6000 fur seals hang out. Adults can enjoy a round of golf, tennis, bowling all a 5 minute walk or take a cruise around the island. There are Art & Craft shops and Souvenir shops to visit. While you are there why not visit the Pyramid Rocks, Conservation Hill & Rhyll Inlet, Churchill Island, Sawn Lake or Forest Caves.

Good location, TV and air con work well, lock up garage for parking is excellent. Overall cleanliness let it down, dust and cobwebs, and black mold in the silicone in the shower

Thanks for the feedback Andrew. Yes the silicone is about to be replaced in the shower as no amount of scrubbing removes some areas of silicone staining unfortunately. Thanks.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful stay! We were welcomed by some cute little treats and even a colouring book and pencils for my son to use. The house was perfect for 4 adults and a child- could easily fit more. Location great- well stocked, great communication. We will return!

Escape to Phillip Island

Quiet and close to everything. Cowes approximately 15min walk with beaches within walking distance. Host was amazing set up Christmas tree and bought us(5 adults 1 baby)presents as we spent Christmas there. Everything provided just bring food and beach towels. Plenty of space for everyone to chill out.

Lynley and her family were a delight to host - they respected the house rules, and left my place spotless, even putting on a load of towels which was so thoughtful. I would highly recommend Lyn. Despite my 5 star rating for every section on my review it has only submitted the ‘overall’ review of 5 stars. I hope to have Lyn and her family revisit again.

Cosy and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s house. Although the house is a little dated, it was very thoughtfully presented and well equipped and the host’s personal touches made us feel very welcome. We stayed in winter and the reverse cycle AC did a great job of heating the place. Beds were warm and comfortable. Very family friendly, the kids loved the board games. Communication from the host was excellent. Would recommend!

I pride myself on ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and very comfortable stay, which is reflected in all my other reviews on several platforms. In regard to the pricing, I am fully transparent with costs prior to booking and it is therefore up to you if you want to stay for that price. The weekend you stayed was a long weekend in January and despite this my rates were still lower than average prices and very fair and consistent with other accommodation in Phillip Island.
