The Villas at Xanadu are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

This nicely appointed villa is one you will want to enjoy year after year and has been completely renovated from top to bottom! The updated accommodation features all new flooring throughout, new furnishings, new cabinets along with new counters and appliances.
The spacious layout has an open design that can accommodate family gatherings having plenty room for all.

The fully equipped kitchen features all new stainless appliances and custom cabinets. Counters topped in quartz make for great durability and hassle-free maintenance. You will find that everything in this kitchen is brand new right down to the utensils, cookware, and dinnerware.

The Dining Room area has a large table with seating for 8. This space opens to a very large Living Room that has comfortable seating and a large wall mounted television. There is a private balcony off the Living Room area.

The Master Bedroom with a King bed has a private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a King size bed and private bath. The third bedroom with balcony access has two Queen size beds and a private bath. All new bedding, mattresses and furnishings complete these three bedrooms to offer you peace and relaxation during your vacation .

Great Stay

The unit was great, and the location was as wonderful. We were three adults in the unit and with individual full baths and great kitchen, the stay was excellent. Would rent this unit again without any hesitation.

Great Location & Clean/Updated Place!

Overall, we were satisfied with the rental. The location made it very easy to get to the beach and Coligny. It was newly updated when we stayed (March 2024) and very clean upon arrival. The only downsides were that the pool was not heated and the BBQ area was a few minutes walk from the unit. Otherwise, no complaints.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great! the location was within walking distance to the beach and Coligny. The pool was nice and private, not many people. This was our first time to Hilton Head and I hope to return someday and explore some more. The Condo was well equipped with Kitchen and Bath needs. Some outside balcony furniture would have been nice to have.
