My husband and I have stayed at VRBO properties for years and found VRBO a trusted brand. This was simply awful. The unit was not the one advertised. It was very dirty. Checking in was not simple. I did not really have a separate entry. There didn't seem to be a key. I was feeling unsafe, and I left after one night. I requested a refund for the other two nights and the host refused. I will be submitting a formal complaint to VRBO as well as I am sure you do not want this property associated with your brand.
