Relax and unwind whilst sipping cocktails overlooking your own private pool. Situated in an elevated position, in a quiet neighbourhood - the whole family will feel right at home here.

Pets no longer welcome as at 12/01/2023.

With the swimming pool, gas bbq and entertainment area outside plus the large, smart TV and air conditioning inside everyone in the family will be happy.

Features include:

* kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher
* open plan dining and living area
* main bedroom boasts ensuite and a TV
* ceiling fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms
* main bathroom with bath, separate shower
* separate toilet
* washing machine and dryer
* double lock up garage plus additional off street parking for up to four cars
* gas BBQ in outdoor entertainment area

Sleeps six in one x king bed, one x queen size bed and two x single beds.

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please BYO after that and BYO beach towels.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
