Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is an exceptional getaway during any season of the year.
The main level of this spacious home is airy and bright, with a vibrant living area featuring a comfy leather sectional sofa and colorful armchair. In the corner is the crackling stone fireplace, complete with a large 65” HDTV mounted over the mantel— ideal for watching the game or hosting a family movie night.
Next to the living area is the open kitchen, with a tiered, L-shaped island that has casual seating for three. It’s the perfect spot to perch while waiting for the morning coffee to brew. Glossy wood cabinets and pristine granite countertops surround the full suite of premier appliances— including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and French-door refrigerator.
Upstairs lies the primary bedroom suite, with a luxe king-size bed and 50” Smart TV. The ensuite primary bathroom is like having your own private spa— complete with a relaxing jetted tub, a separate step-in shower, and a double vanity sink. Just off this room is a bonus bedroom with a twin-size bed. The remaining two bedrooms include a twin-over-full-size bunk bed and a queen-size bed.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.
