We really enjoyed our stay in this king-size condo. It was clean, spacious, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The condo was fairly well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.A couple of things to note: bring your own coffee, as it wasn’t provided. Also, the rental did not include beach service, so chairs and umbrellas are not provided through the property.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, space, and peaceful atmosphere.

Great location!

We absolutely enjoyed the condo and its location.....close to restaurants/attractions/beach. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching the numerous boats move through the inlet. Would recommend and return.

Place was really well kept and rental agency very responsive. Quiet and friendly atmosphere but front desk wasnt very welcoming since booked outside of them. But little to no interaction with them so not too bothersome Would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable and luxurious

First off let me say that Luxury Rentals was a pleasure to deal with; they were friendly and proactive in seeing that all expectations were met, and then some. The unit we rented had comfortable beds and furniture, great views from the living room and balcony. It was very clean. The unit had all the amenities of home. The pools and hot tubs were great; not crowded.

Wonderful stay at Marina Inn

This is our second stay at this resort, but this time with a private owner. The condo is basically a large studio with a kitchenette, small fridge and tiny sink! But it can be worked with. Our problem was with communication from the staff at Luxury Rentals, 99% text and email communication only. We had a 2 day problem with a screaming smoke detector and was given conflicting information on battery replacement and someone coming, the entire thing ultimately had to be replaced. The location is WONDERFUL. Quiet, peaceful, great view of river and the restaurant onsite for breakfast was great! Was told via text that we would be sent a code for the room right at check-in. There was never a code sent, and when I followed up I was told, via text, just pick up key at front desk. We were waiting for a code, bad communication. After enduring 2 days of the smoke detector and missing our anniversary dinner to be in the room when maintenance came, all that could be offered for our inconvenience was to send some fresh towels and a partial maid service visit. We declined both and went about the next three days loving our time away. Grand Dunes Marina Inn is a WONDERFUL place, this condo owner has done a great job updating the room. I wish they would do a better job of communicating.
