A place of rest and renewal, ‘Tideways’ offers a distinctive view of Swan Bay and its Ramsar listed wetlands.

Sit and enjoy its ever-changing seascapes and colours while you witness the myriad of birds as the heritage trains chug past, canoeists paddle on the Bay and cyclists and walkers enjoy the trails.

It is the perfect place for all of these activities as well as being two minutes’ walk from Santa Casa Beach and a ten minute stroll to the Queenscliff village.

The massive light-filled master bedroom opens on to the outdoor deck with all those Swan Bay views and the bird-attracting garden, as well as a fully accessible ensuite. With an additional ensuite in the second bedroom and a third shower and WC provided for the third room, it will easily host up to 8 people. While the views are exquisite, there is also a private bricked courtyard for a more personal experience.

The quality facilities include two smart TVs, washer and dryer, large refrigerator, dishwasher, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a gas log fireplace, creating a year-round haven.
