Please be advised that a scheduled renovation in Villa K308 is underway. This villa is located one floor below K408. The remodel has an estimated completion date of November 21, 2025.
This beautifully decorated spacious residence has three well appointed bedrooms, each with full baths, as well as a fourth sleeping space situated off the great room, in a convenient enclosed den/alcove bedroom. Within the den/alcove bedroom is a brand new king bed (not a sofa bed!), side chairs, a dresser, large flat panel television with digital cable box and an assortment of convenient office supplies including a printer/fax. It has a beautiful mountain view and is enclosed with shoji sliding doors.
Some of our favorite features of K408 include the 64 inch great room TV with HD DVR, baby grand piano, deep soaking tub, glass blocked encircled master bath shower, elongated plush living room sofas, rounded dining table, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, oversized floor plan, granite and Mahogany finishes, all cotton bath and bed linens, down duvets, eastern king beds, and large flat panel televisions with premium channels. The baby grand piano is kept finely tuned. - Please be advised that a scheduled renovation is taking place in Villa K308. This villa is located one floor below our villa K408. The remodel is underway with an estimated completion date of November 21, 2025. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures in the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, as well as repainting throughout the unit. Work that produces noise may only take place weekdays from 9am to about 4:00pm, excluding holidays.
The latest information provided by resort management as of June 22 is as follows: "Shower replacement preparation will begin this week. Most of the pieces will be cut off-site, though some on-site cutting may be necessary. Floor tile installation is scheduled to start the following week. Cutting during the first week will be minimal, with increased on-site cutting expected starting the week of July 7th. We will continue to monitor noise with all doors closed."
Please note that construction activity may cause intermittent noise at any time during standard work hours while the project is taking place.
- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- This villa overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Tower Building" also known as the "Penthouse Building". Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds from the family pool. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- The AOAO/HOA has implemented a policy that restricts access to chaise lounges at each of the two pools during peak season, at it's discretion, to a maximum of six persons per villa.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
