Great location

We enjoyed our stay. We are familiar with traveling in Japan and thought the apartment was clean, adequately furnished and in a great location. We were close to 3 train stations, groceries, restaurants and shopping. The bathroom & shower were clean, but had moderate moldy odor. The Tengachaya station works well for the Kansai Airport (KIX). The email communication with the manager was in Japanese, but easily translated to English. Thanks! We will use you again.

Great location but the upstairs tenants were very loud in the middle of the night

Convenient location, close to the Tengachaya station. Clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities but on the second night the upstairs tenants were making loud noises from 2am. It sounded like a child was dropping and rolling a ball, then running after it, over and over. I finally had to ask them to keep the noise down but they still made quite a bit of noise after that.

Close to Tengachaya Station and Osaka Airport

The place was very spacious however when I stepped in the floor in certain areas I thought it was going to break. The instructions that were sent via email were very easy and well explained even thought at first we couldn’t open the door but we were able to figure it out. It had washing machine and also AC which was really good. Also you get fridge, stove and and also a couch. The 2 rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower was easy to use. Toilet was very clean and wasn’t to small. The area was very clean and quiet and was close to the Tengachaya station making it convenient to take station. There is also McDonald’s, Lawson, 7/11 near by.

Location is closeby to train stations, making it easy to get around. Apartment is nice and suited our family of 5. Communication with property manager was quick and easy!
