The first level features a living room with a gas fireplace, a dining area, a full kitchen, and a half bath. The second level has the master bedroom, a full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a second bathroom. The third level features a loft bedroom area. The home has a private balcony off all bedrooms and the kitchen and a large deck off the living room with access to a rear walkway, a community pool (up to 5 feet deep), and tennis courts.



The balconies on each level offer views of the community pool, tennis courts and the best sunsets in Ocean City.



Situated on the bayside of Ocean City and is a 10-minute stroll to the beach. This delightful getaway features four private balconies, a game room with Ping-Pong, and four smart TVs. Enjoy the use of the community pool and tennis courts. Northside Park is only a 5-minute drive away. Walk to the BEACH, shopping, restaurants, and more is all just a short 10 min walk along a quiet residential road with canal views.

Exactly what we needed

Great stay for 5 days in August, perfect location, short walk to the beach, beautiful view of the bay. All 8 of us were very comfortable, the house was very clean and included everything we needed. The kids loved the ping pong table during the rain and the pool was very accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Great location—about a 10-15-minute walk. I was provided with a few dishwasher pods, toilet paper, only one paper towel, soap, and shampoo. Unfortunately, the pots and pans were garbage and burned, and Teflon was coming off. The kitchen drawers were dirty and full of crumbs, and the kitchen utensils were poorly washed. Otherwise, it's just OK for short stays. Just make sure you bring your own pots/pans/baking sheets, and sharp knives.
