Elevate your stay at The Luzianne with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 10 min walk away.

The Space:
The Luzianne is conveniently located next to all the places you want to be in the Big Easy, 10 minutes from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the French Quarter, and five minutes away from Lafayette Square. This makes the Luzianne the perfect place to stay for work or play.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 7 guests in 3 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. A smart TV is located in the living room. See bed count below:

AMENITIES: This property has a washer and dryer in each unit. The property also has a lobby.

PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. No onsite parking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, 7 towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix.

We loved it! Would absolutely stay here again.

This was an ideal spot for a group staying in New Orleans. The apartment was spotless, very nicely finished and decorated, and offered excellent space. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our group with 3 couples. The location was excellent, with easy walkability (or Uber departure) to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. Very easy access and good communication from the hosting group. All in all, we loved it! Would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sextant property

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sextant property, the apartment was well appointed, clean and in a great location, close to the French Quarter, shopping on Canal and all the great restaurants in the CBD. We will definitely return on our next Big Easy trip.
