私のコメントは参考にならないかもしれません。 山梨県内で家族が泊まれる一軒家か貸切りスペースを探しており、貸切りのポータルサイトで当施設を見つけたのですが、貸切ではなく他のグループも滞在してるいわゆるペンションです。 ですので、掲載されてる写真のお風呂、ダイニングや野外のBBQ会場は共有スペースとなり描いていたプランを叶えるためダイニング以外は現地で空き時間を予約する必要があります。 オーナーさんの人柄は良いです。 ですので、目的が合致すればチェックアウト後は、気持ちよく帰路に着くことができます。
