Great House

Perfect for our group of friends who were in town to play golf around Miami. Everyone had their own bedroom. Bathrooms are well kept. The living and dining area was perfect in size to accommodate the 7 of us for breakfast and hanging out before heading to Brickell for dinner. The pool area was great, as well. Five stars, would rebook again and highly recommend.

Perfect for Our Group

We had a group coming in for a regatta at a nearby Sailing Center. The home was large enough for all the adults and kids to have their own rooms. There was no shortage of bathrooms which was wonderful with the early morning starts. The outside fenced space was great for the kids to run around and swim when we got back to the home. Location was fantastic as it was a short walk to the sailing areas as well as grocery and restaurants. We knew going in that it was a new rental and there may be some kinks. The door code did not work upon our arrival, but the host was quick to fix with one phone call. Some notes for large groups with children, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom that is not inside the main home and is accessed off of the kitchen. This worked out well for us as our kids were between 10-12yo and could have their own space to watch tv and wind down. Overall the home worked perfectly for our group and we would rent again.
