The Space:

Enjoy sun-drenched mornings on the deck or breakfast room with views of the kids playing on the beach below. Private walkway to the sand, boogie boards, buckets, and nearby rock pools make family fun easy.

Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax by the gas fireplace, or stream on the smart TV. Free NBN Wi-Fi included.

Located in the relaxed coastal suburb of Malua Bay, is perfect for a laid-back beachside holiday. This tight‑knit community is known for its friendly atmosphere, scenic walks, fishing spots, and stunning beaches

Getting Around:
Malua Bay is close to everything you need. The local IGA is just 1 km away (10–15 min walk), Three66 Espresso Bar in Lilli Pilli is around 3 km, and Club Malua is only 2 km (5-min drive). For more shops and dining, Batemans Bay town centre is 13 km away, about a 12–15 min drive.

Other Things to Note:

All linen and bath towels are provided for this property to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. However, we kindly ask that towels remain at the property and are not taken to the beach. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.
Guests are welcome to park on the street, but please be mindful of our neighbors and avoid blocking driveways or access points.

The property also has space to accommodate approximately two cars on-site. We recommend using the on-site parking first, especially during busy periods.

The perfect location for a girls weekend away. The view was stunning, the water breathtaking and the house had absolutely everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable time away.
