drive to Avoca and Terrigal Beaches.
The large master bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 includes a Queen bed while bedroom 3 features a Bunk bed, single and trundle
perfect for the kids. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans.

* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas and Nespresso machine.
* Front and back yard decks: BBQ and outdoor lounge.
