About this property

Summary:
We are so excited to present this gorgeous, historical Hamptons inspired home.
Located a short walk to popular surfing spot at “The Point” and with the bike track just metres away, you’ll really not need to move the car much while you stay. Even Main Street is just a short walk to cafes and shops.

The Space:
The house itself comprises two main living areas. One upstairs and one downstairs. There are two bedrooms on each level with a Queen bed in one and two single beds in the other. Sleeping two families very comfortably.
The kitchen is on the ground floor level and contains everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine for the caffeine addicted and a brand new oven for those that love to cook.
The large yard is fully fenced. The kids and favourite fur baby will love it!
Dogs are very welcome with permission. They must remain outside only. We have had issues with multiple previous guests bringing dogs who have allowed their pets to jump all over the furniture so we cannot have dogs inside any longer. Sorry.
We do charge a $75 pet fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog with you. Please bring your own dog bed.
NO smoking allowed anywhere on the property and no parties.
Sorry, No schoolies
Check in time is 2.30pm and check out is 10.30am.
You’re welcome to use the fire place but please bring your own fire wood.
