Middleton Halleedays - Beach getaway

#49 Hargreaves Road might just be the ideal alternative to the higher-cost rentals along the Middleton coast! Set just one block behind the Esplanade, it’s a short walk only for beach access it shapes as the ideal holiday getaway for your family, talk to us if you have any special requests and we will consider!

Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms comprising 2 x queen beds, 1 x double and a games room with a double sofa bed. *Please note bed sheets and bath towels are not provided. Quilts with cover, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

Presentation is clean, efficient and comfortable. Two separate zones if needed, one for you, one for the kids which includes TV, Wii and DVD. You can walk to the local licensed tavern for meals or stay home, use the barby and savour the sounds and sight of the sea from the outdoor covered deck. It’s all here in simple but well-appointed holiday accommodation.

The property was well set up and very clean. Everything you need for cooking meals was available and easy to find. The bedrooms are separated well for everyone to have their own space. The games room was excellent for bringing everyone together. There was plenty of space for our dog, and the back yard was secure. The walk to the beach was easy and short. We would love to stay again in the future

We really enjoyed the secure big backyard and the lawn (so did our dog). The pool table was also a bit hit! The house is really close to the beach too! The new kitchen and large bench were great (I think an actual kitchen table would have suited us better though). The outdoor deck with a large table and chairs was also a good place to sit. It was hot, but the aircon and fans worked well. We struggled a bit with the single toilet as there were 7 of us, but it wasn't a major problem. We also had trouble with the sliding door to outside, which probably needs some attention. Otherwise, we had a fun time and really enjoyed the property, everything was neat and clean and as advertised. The host responded quickly to my questions.

Location, Location, Location

It was wonderful to hear the waves crashing being so close to the beach. What I would call a traditional beach shack but with modern amenities! Clean, tidy and had everything you could want or need. Great yard for the dog and easy walking distance to grab coffee from the Big Surf coffee co. Travelling with 2 teen boys the games room was a hit… if the weather isn’t beach appropriate you could easily entertain yourself there for hours!
