Cool, clean and comfortable. This centrally located, spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with full kitchen, internal laundry and secure off street parking has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Darwin City.

Conveniently located at the Gardens end of McMinn Road you are just a short walk or scooter ride to key attractions such as Mindil Beach, Botanical Gardens, Golf Course, Darwin Waterfront and CBD.

Whether you are a local coming into the city for an event or planning a longer visit for work or pleasure, this apartment provides the perfect base for all your activities.

There are two secure undercover parking bays available (please note that one is suitable for a small car only). Keyless coded entry allows for self check-in at any time.

Fully airconditioned with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the space comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, large wardrobe and ensuite, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. If required, extra bedding can be supplied for 2 more guests with the sofa converting into a queen sized bed.

The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances including a large fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. If cooking is not your thing there is a pub and multiple restaurants close by.

The internal laundry has a new washing machine and heat pump dryer, which makes all the difference for longer stays and during our tropical wet season.

At the end of a long day you can return to gorgeous sunset views from the generously sized balcony.

Great Place

Great property, comfortable, spacious, clean, excellent kitchen equipment (good quality wooden chopping boards! Knives that cut!). Also has a great little balcony to watch the sunsets.

Great location

This unit was very clean and met all our requirements for a relaxed and comfortable stay. We enjoyed lots of walking, even though it was hot. Loved the botanical gardens and sunset markets at Mindil Beach. Our host Ann was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic property

We loved at staying at this property. Great communication with host, property was exactly as described, very clean, essentials provided like detergent and toiletries. Hired a car and used the parking space. Could walk into CBD (15 mins). Only suggestion would be Netflix on the TV.
