The LUX @ Craftsman is an unbelievable new build 6-plex nestled between 3rd Ave and 5th Ave on Craftsman Court. You can walk to everything that's awesome in Old Town! This amazing 2nd floor 700+ sq ft Studio will not disappoint. A King bed, living area with Queen sofa sleeper, city facing patio, an advanced kitchenette and so much more.

The Space:
700+ sq ft of new-build condo with new high-end furnishings throughout.
large open floor plan features a nicely appointed kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator and microwave/air fryer combo.

The living room area of the studio boasts a sofa (w/queen sleeper), accent chairs, and large flat panel SmartTV.

The sleeping area features a King size bed w/hotel quality sheets, and private access to your own city-facing patio.

All units feature power black-out rolling blinds, queen sofa sleepers, Smart TV's w/apps including Hulu Plus w/sports, hotel quality linens & complimentary shower toiletries, coffee & bottled water.

Laundry is available but limited & shared with one other unit. This is a ventless washer & dryer combo (one unit) and really should only be used if necessary. Laundry valet services available.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, E-scooter or drive. You can easily access everything Old Town Has to offer without any wheels at all.

Other Things to Note:
The LUX @ Craftsman 6-plex is located directly in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The East facing units do overlook Craftsman Court and are almost directly across the street from the Rockbar. Although this complex is built the state of the art sound dampening materials, there still may be noise after dark from the neighboring business & the street as well as adjacent units.

Parking is limited to what is available on Craftsman Court or any neighboring streets on a first come first served basis. There is also a 5 level parking garage with free parking just one block East.

Perfect location, great condo

The stay was exactly what I was looking for. The description online & pictures were very accurate, making for a great trip to Scottsdale. The location was great, very easy to walk anywhere I wanted to go in Scottsdale. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip down there.

Location location location

If you want to stay in the heart of Old Town and walk to dozens of restaurants and bars and the gigantic mall and have access to the canal for running- this is the place for you! The balcony is great to sit and have coffee in the morning sun. There is a bar directly across the street with music playing at night but the sliding glass door muffles the sound really well if you want quiet. We loved the shopping and eating and had a great time. The bed mad comfortable, good sheets and pillows. Excellent shower water pressure and lots of hot water. We had one issue at check-in and only mention it because the property managers were immediately responsive and solved the problem in a very reasonable time.

Excellent property

and wonderful, attentive hosts. Also a lovely part of Old Town. Be advised, however, that you are right across the street from the RockBar, which does not fall short in the area of blasting music until late in the evening. People-watching was great, though, especially the steady tide of "Party Wagons" toting around countless blasted brides and bridesmaids-to-be.
