About this property

Spa-like backyard with southern golf course views and sun all day!

Newly renovated, 2200 sq ft ranch bungalow with southern golf course exposure (sun all year). 5 minute bike ride to shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach. Completely renovated in 2023 with new indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances, mattresses, kitchen/bathroom/laundry items.

House includes beach toys, paddleboards, beach chairs, towels, wagons, coolers, children's toys. This is a very private family oasis in an exclusive, safe gated and patrolled community. The property has only been used by owners until being offered for rent this year.

Barefoot Beach and Lover's Key are 10 minutes by bike. The house is located on the 6th hole of a 27-hole golf course. Tee times for Spanish Wells golf course can be booked via golfnow.com.

Spanish Wells requires a 30-day notice prior to renting and a background check. You will need to fill out the application. Bookings are monthly and additional discounts will be provided to renters who book for multiple months.

The property was everything as advertised and the owner could not have been more hospitable and accommodating. Anytime an issue came up during our stay Scott the owner responded promptly and took care of it right away! The property had a pool and hot tub and was close to many stores & restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the Bonita Beach area.Joe S.
