To access the community, all guests are required to be registered in the resort system. We kindly ask that you provide us with the first and last names of all adult guests at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This will help expedite your check-in with security, failure to do so may result in delays to your check-in. At the security gate all registered drivers will be required to provide a valid photo ID.
Essential Starter Supplies
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential items upon arrival. These are intended to cover your first night and initial needs.
Starter items include:
• Three trash bags • One roll of toilet paper per bathroom • Paper towels • Dish soap • Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap
Please note that additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay, and we recommend bringing or purchasing any personal items according to your preferences.
Please note: basic pantry items such as salt and pepper are not provided.
We would also like to inform you that all reservations must be made by an individual over the age of 21 years old.
Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
TRASH • Trash pickup is daily • Have trash out in trash bench by 7am • Keep trash bench lid closed especially overnight • All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. • Grocery bags are not allowed • Loose trash will not be picked up. • No liquids are allowed. • Boxes need to be folded flat
DELIVERIES You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the home. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate.
PARKING
Parking is available at the home in the parking spaces out front, as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.
Extra services The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). . The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.
PETS We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodation for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

My family and I recommend this home 100%. From the moment we booked, the communication was great, instructions easy to follow, check in process smooth and home was immaculate. This area is not far from the parks and has a lot of eateries in the area. We were also blown away by all the amenities included.

Pictures did not do justice. This home was as described and more. My kids loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom! There was plenty of space for my family. The pool was a plus! Would love to come back and stay next time we are in the area.
I really truly think that property is amazing. I will book this property again if it is available. It was clean, in an excellent location, and everything is there. The only concern is that they should install ceiling fans in all bedrooms since the summer is too hot.

Everything was seamless.. they sent me everything prior to arrival, our door code didn’t work, but as soon as I called it took less than 5mins to get in. The pool wasn’t clean but someone came right out to clean it and they were so nice and professional. If definitely stay here again. My family and I Loved the property. Updated & nice and clean.

The property was beautiful! My only real complaint was we arrived after 9pm and we tried to enter the property and the key code didn't work. So it was frustrating having to stand outside in the dark and contact the property management team. I will say they resolved the issue rather quickly.

Perfect place for our family! 9 of our kids came with us this year and there was plenty of space for all of us. House was really clean as well. 2 different pool parks to go to gave us a nice variety and then having the pool attached to the house was a bonus for our kitties who couldn’t get enough of the water. Nice quiet & safe neighborhood- we went on walks at least daily with no worries. Headed over to the basketball courts/soccer fields to play as well and there were always enough people to join in your game or welcome you to play in theirs.
We would definitely stay here again!

Only disappointment was that the wifi kept going out every single day and with teenagers that was a nightmare. We even had someone come out which they promptly did and fixed but it still went back out later that day. Over all i was very pleased and happy with my stay

The overall listing was as advertised. Several issues during my stay. Pool heater wasn't working. Called was fixed next afternoon. Bed was broken and unusable, leaving a guest on the couch for the night. Was fixed next morning. Woke up to ants in bags of all guest rooms. Couldn't get remedied due to chemicals harmful to pets. Gas grill didn't work, maintenance tried to fix it but was leaking propane with only 1 burner working. Overall location was great. Amenities were good. Just need ensure you go to the right one, the pool located inside gated communited, many of anti-slip mats where lifted causing serious tripping hazards throughout the kids pool. Need to go to other clubhouse for better quality. We did the best to not let most things ruin our family vacation, however I think most people probably would not have been so easy going. Overall home was nice, lacked maintenance and upkeep. Ants were annoying, pool furniture was severely rusted didn't use. But the space was accommodating. Probably would try a different property out next time. But host was responsive and tried to accommodate, however, homes should be regularly maintained for guest and having this number of issues in stay of 3 nights, probably not worth the trouble for the majority of it dealing with issues.

I communicated with VRBO rep letting them know I would be arriving between 2am and 3am… I got there and could not get in because the lock code kept saying incorrect, customer service could not help me and could not get in touch with the host. I had to pay for a room for a night for my wife, 4 kids and I, which was extra money spent after spending a large amount of money for this beautiful residence. I was just told to wait for an email. I missed to events the next morning I was supposed to attend do to still not thing acclimated until 9:30am. I called over 10 times and a representative finally updated me on the issue at hand and was finally able to get in the home. There has to be an updated method for things like this to accommodate guest.

Me and my family just got home from our vacation and we really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed for 4 nights and it was the perfect place for a much needed reset to relax and enjoy each other. I loved the home and it was exactly as pictured. We took our kids to Legoland on our first and last day through our trip and the drive wasn’t bad at all. The other 2 days we spent using the amenities at the clubhouses. One of the clubhouses is walking distance and very close to the home. My children absolutely loved the huge water slides at the Retreat. I loved the lazy river at Oasis. After being in the sun all day, coming back to the property was so nice however, we came back to the home twice to the tv’s and internet not working. The first time it went out me and my family were tired enough we just went to bed and next morning I called for assistance which they were quick to fix the issue. Unfortunately, on our last night as we came back from the pool it was back out and because it was after work hours ( around 8pm) there was no one available to help us. I was pretty disappointed about that as we were looking forward to spending our little time left on vacation to enjoy a movie with our kids and it was very hard for them to fall asleep without a TV or tablet. Internet issues aside, we really enjoyed our time as a family and the home was beautiful. AC stayed cool, the pool in the backyard was small but perfect for my young kids, the beds were comfortable, my kids loved the bunk bed.

Pretty, but not worth it
The house is stunning and everything was clean but check in was a pain. We were not allow inside the community because our names were not registered with the security guard. I provided all the names of the house guests 2 days prior to our stay and when we arrived we had to call the host and inquire. Then the door lock number provided did not work and we couldn’t get inside. It was very frustrating because we had to call the host again and still none of the codes they provided worked so they had to open the door with an electronic code from their end. Then on the following day when we left to the parks and came back the code didn’t work again and when we called no one answered because I guess it was too late. I ended up going inside the house through the back door and thank god we did because otherwise we would still be waiting for a working code. It’s a true shame because the house is beautiful and very comfortable by the hassle was not worth it.
