Property was clean and conveniently located. However, there were a couple of issues from the beginning. Door to unit did not lock, lighting in the kitchen did not work, bathtub did not drain at all!!! Spent every morning calling maintenance for repairs. We spent 10 days in HAWAII, in a dark condo at night, without being able to take a decent shower...
Have issued a complaint and requested partial refund, case still pending.

We want to assure you that we take such matters seriously, and we have thoroughly investigated the problems you encountered. We did not have complaints about the door lock before your stay and have checked that it locks and closes properly. The lighting and tub issues have also been resolved.
