Luxe Lake Chickamauga Retreat w/ Boat Dock!

I wish I had known about the broken swing sooner, but it has now been removed and we’ve put a hammock in its place for future guests. The glass-top table has also been fixed. Thank you for helping me catch those things so I could get them taken care of. You were wonderful guests, and I really enjoyed having you. You’re more than welcome to come back anytime!

From the owner: “I wanted to personally reach out and say again how sorry I am that the home did not meet your expectations, especially with the HVAC issue. I understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly over the July 4th holiday. I do, however, want to clarify a few things. As soon as you notified me about the air conditioning, I offered a 100% refund because I didn’t feel it was right for you to pay for a stay that wasn’t up to our standards. I also offered two complimentary nights in the future because it was a holiday weekend. You chose to continue your stay and declined both offers. I scheduled the HVAC company at the earliest available opportunity. Throughout the process, we communicated frequently, and I did everything I could to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. After speaking with me, you also contacted Evolve. They ultimately offered you a partial refund, which you accepted.”
