Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The property was great with fantastic views. However, upon our arrival, there was a terrible, overwhelming fish smell from the microwave. We called maintenance since there were no cleaning supplies to remove the smell, but was instructed that they aren't allowed to hand out cleaning supplies. We had to purchase our own to attempt cleaning the microwave and get rid of the smell. We kept the windows and doors open in an attempt to air out the smell, but we could only do so much. The first two days was almost unbearable. As days moved on, the smell did get better but still lingered. In fact, upon our return home, our clothes still had a distinct smell of cooked fish. I place no blame on the property but it was a very inconvenient situation from whomever was in the condo prior to us.

We sincerely apologize again for the odor in the microwave upon your arrival. As soon as you contacted us, our maintenance team promptly responded to investigate. At that time, the unit had already been aired out by opening windows and doors, and our team thoroughly cleaned and treated the microwave to eliminate the source of the odor. We also followed up to ensure the situation was improving.
For safety and liability reasons, certain cleaning products — particularly bleach — cannot be left unlocked inside the home. However, our team is always available to assist promptly when concerns arise. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we take situations like this seriously. Since your stay, we have reinforced additional appliance checks with our cleaning team to help prevent anything similar in the future.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
We had a great stay for our Winter Park ski trip and less than 10 min to the slopes.
We stayed in the area for 3 nights. The property was nice and, beds were comfortable. There is no AC or ceiling fans and the condo is on the 3rd floor so it was 73 degrees during the day inside. We opened the windows at night to sleep. We weren’t aware that there is a railroad track about 100 ft from the condo until we heard 3 trains going by the first night. It varied each night as to how many trains went by. We would have looked for properties on the other side of hwy 40 had we known.

Beautiful area, condo
Stayed here with my wife and two kids. We loved our stay here, beautiful condo with amazing views. Plenty of room for the four of us, very relaxing. The only negative was the train tracks that were near had trains passing by in the middle of the night. Other than that it was a great stay. Definitely will come back.

Everything we needed for our honeymoon!
This condo was beautiful! It had everything we needed for our stay from the well appointed kitchen to the lovely soaps and lotion in the bathrooms. It still felt very private and the view from every window was spectacular. We were so close to skiing and a grocery store. Thank you!

Beautiful views, had every amenity we needed
This was a great place to stay for our trip to Winter Park. As a family of 3, the rooms were great sizes for us. The place was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved having our own personal hot tub. The only downsides are access to the slopes, but we made it work by parking in free downtown parking and taking a shuttle, and the two sets of stairs required to enter the condo (so pack light!)I would definitely recommend a stay at Grand Park Luxury Condo.

Great Time
We loved the location and the setup of the condo! It was perfect for our family of 4. The people in the unit were all very friendly! I have to knock off a star for the train tracks though! Big loud bulk trains rolled through in the middle of the night every night.
The customer service and information provided from emails was fantastic!

Overall, we were very satisfied with the rental condo. It was exactly as advertised online when we were booking. Everything in the rental worked with no issue, appliances were new and clean, and the hot tub was very easy to use. The condo and balcony felt very private despite being close to other units. The only downside to the rental was the close proximity to busy train tracks with loud freight trains going by at all times of the night. Because the unit does not have AC, windows must be kept open to keep it cool, making the noise from the train unavoidable.

Memories Made
Our family was able to take a trip up to Fraser and stay at Grand Park Cozens Pointe with Winter Park Escapes. We visited in August and the weather was amazing. Some afternoon showers, but mostly sunshine and perfect temps as we explored and hiked our way around Fraser, Winter Park, Granby, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was perfect. It was decorated so fun, the views were amazing, and the service was exceptional. The Amazon Alexa is equipped to help you with your stay. At one point my daughter was playfully interacting with the Alexa when she accidentally communicated that she "was not having a pleasant stay". We did not think much of it, but within the hour someone from Winter Park Escapes was contacting us to see how they could fix the issue or address whatever our complaint was. We explained and all had a laugh, but it really showed the care and intentionality of the company. We look forward to our next trip and will definitely be looking to stay at the same place.

Great condo
We have never been on a winter vacation before. This condo was a 3-10 minute drive from everything in the winterpark/ Fraser area. We used some of the free passes for things to do which saved us a lot of money. We didn't use the lift stop because we had a car but it was a couple blocks away if we needed it. Condo is on the 3rd floor, but I was grateful to warm up my calfs before skiing and for the much needed exercise, and we got used to it. There was no problem with all the snow as the stairs were a metal grill type so we didn't slip. Even another material to the side if you had a dog. Easy check out on Alexa. Beautiful decorations. Lovely hot tub that was completely covered in snow from the recent storm one day and then uncovered the next so we could use it. Pretty sure someone came and dug it out for us when we went out, thank you! Plenty of shampoo and dish detergent, washer liquid, dryer sheets, pots and pans, coffee, sugar, etc. All we really needed was to get food from the Safeway 2 minutes down the highway. Nice propane grill we didn't get a chance to use. Couldn't get the Roku to work on the second bedroom tv, but the living room one had plenty of smart app options to use your own Netflix etc. And all 3 tvs had cable. The master bedroom tv you can just airplay your Netflix from your phone, as we couldn't get the remote to work for the app, but it was fine, the airplay worked great. Beds were big and comfortable. Extra space heaters were available until the heater started going strong. Great gas fireplace. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My son enjoyed seeing the train out the window. Only knit picking things to say were I wish there was some powdered creamer for the coffee until we could go shopping the next day. And some of the puzzles and board games had pieces missing, but that's typical in a rental. Thanks for the great condo, we had a great time in winter park/fraser, and we can't wait to come back!
