What a great place to stay in Folsom! The location is perfect if you're enjoying the Sutter Street area. The rooftop deck is a major added bonus. The unit itself is chic, has great views and full of everything you need for your stay. I especially appreciated plenty of extra blankets for those cold Fall nights. No live TV option but plenty of streaming options. I really appreciated the host's openness to us having family come and go with us during our stay. We didn't host a party but it was huge to have a place where family could visit while we were in town for a family wedding. Made our stay that much better!

Great location, spacious penthouse, comfortable king bed, nice having two bathrooms, kitchen was large with barstools and large dining room table. We used the gas fireplace every day. Fun sitting on the rooftop patio and watching the sunset. Parking in the covered lot across the street was easy

Family Folsom Weekend

We had a wonderful stay here! My husband and I stayed here with my parents and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and everything you need. The place is a great location to explore Folsom with plenty of things to do nearby. We were walking distance to breakfast/dinner every day. We were able to host a happy hour with the rest of our family one night and enjoy the rooftop sunset views. We would love to stay here again!

Always a slice of heaven

Perfectly located and perfectly appointed, the Penthouse on Sutter is our favorite spot!! This was our 3rd annual trip to Folsom and we LOVE coming to this penthouse. The rooftop lounge area is our favorite!!!

Outstanding Location!

It is located in a great downtown location. Walking distance to all restaurants and night life. Front balcony and rooftop is great for enjoying your coffee in the morning and a evening cocktail as you watch the people mingling downtown. If you have the opportunity to stay at this location don’t pass it up!

Everything was great. We watched 4 sunsets on the rooftop patio during the week and took advantage of the close proximity to some great restaurants. Parking can be challenging if it is Friday or Saturday night but that's because the location is so fantastic.
