About the host
Hosted by Greg Church
Single ex South African, semi-retired construction project manager, working on projects in Auckland and occasional travel to grandchildren in Australia. I enjoy my wine and African art, which is dotted around the house.
Why they chose this property
This is a new subdivision with well maintained properties and flat area to be able to ride bicycles in. Being a cul-de-sac, we do not get a lot of traffic and security is upheld by friendly neighbours. There is a new community play ground close by within a short walking distance and close to the lake
What makes this property unique
Close to all amenities and entertainment. Ideal location for concerts at Mission and Church Road, Art Deco week, Wine sales, etc. Not too far from the pebbly beach and walks along the shore.
Maintained by a professional cleaner who takes pride in her work. We have had a few learning hiccups, but are always willing to learn and make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Lawns are kept tidy by a contractor and there is an automatic sprinkler which comes on for 1 hour, 3 days a week.
The entertaining area faces North and gets all day sun.
