Cozy, beautiful one bedroom queen size bed, lower level apartment and double Murphy bed in the living area. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen. Complimetry Coffee, tea, oatmeal, cereals, english muffins, jam, peanut butter and milk provided to start off your stay. Touletries provided and hair dryer. Laundry including washer and dryer across the hall directly in front of your appartment included with soap etc. The beautiful backyard backs onto a creek. The yard is beautifully landscaped, including a large patio and swimming pool in the summer months with a fire pit. The yard has lights in the trees with beautiful gardens, nighttime reveals the beauty of the extensive solar lighting that abounds throughout the property. This yard was featured in the 2022 garden tour and seen as one of the most beautiful gardens by the guests. The gardens were also used for a local clothing artist for a photo shoot. This property is close to the cascades, boulevard lake, centennial Park and there are close biking and walking trails. There is a bus stop across the street, the expressway is close and the downtown core is within 5 min by vehicle. Owner on sight to ensure toiletries are available and cleaning products to spot clean should you choose.

THE BEST!!!!

Not only was this a great location and super clean, there were so many extras in the unit and the host was absolutely super to deal with. I will for sure be staying here also. Way better and cheaper than a hotel.

What a Great Place to Stay!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Every appliance or cooking gizmo is provided. There is even a French coffee press! In addition, the hostess provides many common condiments plus a bottle of wine! I even scored homemade brownies! Thanks Suzanne!

Clean and Comfortable

The stay was fantastic. We arrived a bit later for check-in and the process was very quick and easy. Our first impression was how comfortable the room appeared. It was cozy and comfortable. Another key element of the property was how clean everything was in the room. We are observant of the rooms we stay and have had some rooms that may not have been as tidy as expected. This property highly exceeded expectations for being very clean and led to the comfort. Once again, it was very clean.

Fantastic experience.

This was our first time using this method for accommodations, and we *really* couldn’t have asked for a better experience, or a better host. Everything was clean and comfortable; we lacked for nothing. Our host is a local who knows her neighbourhood well, and was able to provide all kinds of tips, tricks, and advice, and always went the extra mile to take care of us, and made sure we felt welcome. The location is safe, quiet, and strategic; no issues getting to all the places we wanted to get to quickly. Her outdoor living space/garden/pool area is amazing, and you can tell she has put a lot of love and sweat equity into it. She should be proud of her effort, and we felt fortunate to be able to take advantage of such a cheerful and peaceful space. We’re hoping for another opportunity to stay here again in the not-too-distant future. Five Stars
