Spend lazy days on the beach or the golf course, launch the boat for a spot of fishing or skiing, or serve Sunday BBQs under a giant undercover entertaining area. A heavenly spot to spend your holidays with friends and family.

Configuration:
Large open plan dining and living area with smart TV drenched in natural sunlight, with huge fully equipped kitchen, opening to a summer pergola and a parent's lounge beside the master suite. All the creature comforts are present, including ducted heating, gas log fireplace and air conditioning.

Four bedrooms with dual-master-suite design (both with private ensuites) the sunlit second master suite includes a queen bed and single bunks offering exceptional versatility.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
