Cosy and comfortable 3 bedroom home less than 10 minute walk to the beautiful family friendly Safety Beach and locally renown Provicia cafe. Short walk to the Marina boardwalk leading to Martha Cove Marina Village. Just a few minutes drive to Dromana local shops and trendy cafes.
The house sleeps upto 8 people:
Bedroom 1 - King sized bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 3 - Double bed and bunk beds (sleeps 4 plus optional extra mattress).
Open plan lounge/sitting area. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry are all functional (cutlery and crockery included).
Airconditioning in the main family room and fans available for the bedrooms.
Large backyard caters for family fun.
Front driveway allows for multiple car parking.
