With three bedrooms and two baths Fawn River will host up to 6 guests comfortably. An added bonus up to two furry friends are welcome for an additional fee. Located in a gated community, amongst a great deal of wildlife to include deer and baby fawns, Fawn River is a colorful and charming farmhouse just off the main road. With a welcoming porch and bright blue door, guests are sure to find this farmhouse a perfect escape. Fawn River offers a clean, open concept floor plan perfect for gathering with family and friends. Guests will appreciate the lovely wood floors and large kitchen with splashes of blue. Enjoy a full kitchen to prepare favorite meals that will satisfy everyone’s hunger. Relax in the family room that offers a large flat screen television and a comfortable sofa. Guests will find this is the perfect space to enjoy a movie or play games. The kitchen opens up into the family room and includes a cooktop stove, full size refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. Enjoy a family meal at the cottage style dining table that seats six, or a snack at the breakfast bar with seating for three. The onsite laundry is perfect for those planning longer stays.

With three large bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed with comfortable linens, sitting area, and an attached shower/tub combo. Just off the dining area are two charming bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. Each coupled with comfortable linens, and soft tones, guests will sleep soundly in this quiet escape. Refresh in the additional roomy bathroom with shower/tub combo shared with these bedrooms.

For an evening under the stars gather around the fire pit. Enjoy roasting hot dogs and s’mores under the twinkling lights. Guests will find plenty of seating as well as a picnic table in this cozy outdoor space. The front yard hosts a welcoming front porch with plenty of seating and a relaxing hammock. Keep your furry friends safe in the fenced in yard.

Spring Branch offers many fun things to do. Nature lovers will adore all the outdoor opportunities in the area. The Guadalupe River State Park is a natural area that offers canoeing and hiking along 4 miles of river. The Guadalupe Canoe Livery offers gear rentals for those wanting to explore the waterside. Looking for a day trip? Canyon Lake is only minutes away. For those who enjoy the outdoors, Hancock Trail is nearby where you can enjoy a beach area, swimming, and nature trails. Overlook Park is a short drive with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam. Rent a pontoon boat, or jet ski on Canyon Lake. Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. Enjoy shopping in the downtown square of Wimberley or swimming,and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, Zip Line Adventure, or Blue Hole regional Park offers swimming and nature trails.
