Great Anniversary Getaway

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and loved it. It's clean, cozy, and the view is amazing! Oh, and the bed is super comfy too!

It was a lovely stay. Only complaint was that there was just ONE face towel. And a few bath towels. Also, the espresso was hard to figure out. Other than that it was great.

Mountain River Watch is exceptional!

Renting from Brandon/Amy was totally seamless. They were quick to respond to our questions. Their communication was the best! We got exactly what we expected and at what seemed like a great cost. Suncadia is a great property, the room was comfortable and quiet. We will most definitely stay again in this unit.

Really responsive; mattress needs replaced; poor streaming

The left side of the mattress was very well worn in. They could not replace it, but gave us a credit to use at the resort, and said they would look into replacing the mattress. The living room was supposed to be able to stream, but they use the hotel's wifi which is not strong enough to stream. My hubby was waiting for me to finish my conference and had no internet to watch tv.

The condo was perfect for our family of three! - amazing view! - Nespresso machine with lots of pods! Lots of hot chocolate, coffee for two pots, lots of tea, sugar and etc. - very well appointed kitchen. - comfortable beds, lots of extra pillows and blankets. - beautiful bathroom! - access to pool and hot tub, which you can see from the balcony. The condo was just really nice and exceeded our expectations! There is a little store downstairs, restaurants, nice lobby. I’d go on and on, but I think you get the picture.

5-Star Stay

Location is ideal, with soaring views and close proximity to all that Suncadia has to offer. The unit itself is in very good shape with high-end appliances, bedding, and furniture. The Kitchen was especially well-stocked down to every last detail. The Espresso maker was my personal favorite. All in all it exceeded our lofty expectations and we would stay in this unit again without hesitation.

My husband, son and I love visiting Suncadia! We try to visit every fall and spring. We really enjoyed our stay. This condo is very well equipped with everything you need and more! Such a beautiful place...

I drove up from Lake Stevens to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter's family. The owner was awesome to let me juggle days late notice, and also to allow for my early arrival. The condo has everything you could possibly need and then some. It's a lovely comfortable environment and was clean as a whistle. The bed was very comfortable, and the reference books provided were of great assistance. I will be staying here again... probably next summer when I go up to spend time with the family. Thanks Amy & Brandon for a lovely trip.

Water pipe broke in unit

Therefore never got to stay at the condo. We were moved to the Inn to a standard room. It was a nice room with a beautiful of the golf course in Lake. The end is about a quarter of a mile away from the resort. And we were told we could only use the Resort pool, Not the other facilities on the grounds. That’s because we weren’t technically staying at the resort. although the room was nice and did not have a kitchen, which did kind of mess up my plans a bit. So we did eat in the restaurants, which were excellent by the way, but very expensive. Unfortunately, I was not informed about the water pipe, breaking until the day before we are to leave that’s why, we were booked in the end just so we had a room to stand. The owners did send me a very nice gift pack, which I appreciated but if I would’ve had time to rebook my trip, I would’ve done that just because I didn’t need a kitchen and that was available .
