Elevator issues

We got stuck in the elevator between floors twice! Very dangerous. If we had been alone im not sure what would have happened. It was fixed the first time but happened again. No working phone on elevator so it was a serious situation.

Don’t waste your money

The photos posted of this property are years old. The living room couch is completely different. The two small couches barely sit 4 people. Air hockey table was broken, and the arcade game broken(all very old) The hot tub heat pump was broken, so it was colder than the pool. The living room tv wouldn’t work at all. Broken dryer. Went to sit down on a chair on balcony, arm rest gone, rusty nails left. Dead ants (at least 30) under the glass on top of a dresser. The balcony doors are extremely old, and are a push-pull type, so they get stuck and you have to shove it open. When you shove it open, it gets taken by the wind and slams the other side, then you have to work against the wind to slam it closed. Also a side note just because I wish I would’ve known this- you cannot access the beach easily from this property because of the 10 foot dune covered in shells. You have to walk out to the street and around a hotel to carry all your stuff/kids to access the beach. This place is absolutely not worth the 1000/night that we paid. If the advertised photos would have portrayed this property as it currently appears, I would have chosen somewhere else in a heart beat. Good luck if you choose to stay here!
