Only stayed a couple of days but wished that we could have stayed longer. Breathtaking views, wide open spaces and a beautiful house. Family friendly layout with beautiful architecture. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Grown adults played in the snow and just sat outside and read. Easy access to a few communities for restaurants and shopping. Would love to come back.

Great place for a family getaway
We had a fun family get together with my husband and me, three grown sons, two daughter-in-laws, and two small grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us and all our stuff! The house was beautiful, and kitchen & bathrooms were updated, as advertised. The heat wasn’t working in the basement area. I sent a message our first night, and someone came out the next morning and fixed it. Only negative about the kitchen was it was lacking in paper towels (one roll) and kitchen towels (just two), and no foil, plastic wrap, etc. Might seem silly to complain about, but with 7 adults, 2 children, we could have used more. Other properties we’ve stayed at were well equipped with these items. Also, a kitchen chair and several blinds were broken. It didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves, but something that should be taken care of. Overall, a nice property and close to lots of activities. And we woke up one morning to a spectacular view of Pikes Peak covered in snow!

Exceeds expectations
We had a large group for my morher’s 80th birthday and USAFA’s parent weekend. This place was perfect on all fronts. Really appreciate the owner’s patience with late night calls regarding issues we created, her professional and constant positivity. Thank you!
