There are 2 large balconies, overlooking an outdoor spa with uninterrupted views across the lake. Featuring all the additional comforts of ducted heating, split AC, ceiling fans, and a stone open wood fireplace. Loads of parking for cars & boats and a brand new Jetty.

There are several stylish lounge options, designed to capture the panoramic views and natural sunlight. Accompanied by cathedral ceilings, contemporary styling, heating & cooling, wide screen smart TVs in each living room, and a seamless transition to the outdoor living and balconies.

Four beautifully presented bedrooms, complete with comfortable beds, quality linen, and outdoor access from the 3 spacious king/queen rooms. The 4th bedroom accommodates 4 children in 2 sets of bunks, while the downstairs living room sleeps 2 guests in separate fold out couches. There are 2 family bathrooms available, including a spa bath, complimentary quality haircare products, and a third toilet adjacent to the downstairs living room.

Offering the best of indoor and outdoor living for all seasons. There is plenty of boat parking and guests can swim, fish or paddle from the edge of the property. Launch your boat at Eildon boat ramp and tie up outside the house. Outdoor enjoyment includes the spa, gas BBQ, wood fire BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor seating, all with direct access to indoor living, dining, and kitchen. Please Note: DUE TO Direct Water Access AND Stairs, Children Must BE Accompanied BY AN Adult.

Wasn't happy with our short getaway.

We were excited to stay at this house after viewing the pictures online with the statement “Luxury on the Lake in Eildon” Considering the high rate charged per night. Stunning waterfront but we were bombarded with all these house rules that made us feel very uncomfortable. This would have felt more welcoming “Please treat our property like it is your home and with respect”. The fridge was already unclean, Kitchen is well-equipped, but no tea towels/ paper towels. Dishwasher tablet only one left but all dry up. The kitchen sinks have scuff marks all over the tub. At the bottom stairs entrance on the right-hand side, it seems a bird was violently attacked as many feathers were left behind. Door mats had numerous black stains on them. Room 3 next to the bunks, the doonas were dirty with white stains like dry-up ice cream or yoghurt. Bathroom 2 is the one where all rooms are located. Hot water wasn’t working when we found out it was late 10pm. locks on both bathroom doors and toilet connected to the main bathroom is needed. Neighbours didn’t make us feel welcome and they had a big German shepherd come onto the property near us while outside near the pontoon area and did it busy (releasing his/her bowel movements) The pontoon had a steel post right in the middle of the pathway going down onto the pontoon, this was very unsafe. The outdoor area is not kids safe as the land is quite steep and knowing the neighbour dogs can come over anytime.
