It is located 5mins to nearest boat ramp, 30mins to Mt. Buller, 15mins from Mansfield & 2.5hrs from Melbourne.

The space:
This Mountain Bay home has exceptional styling and an instant feel of luxury when walking through the front door and out to the balcony.

The bottom level:

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed and bunk bed with wardrobe
- Large kitchen and dining area with a couch and TV
- Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
This bottom level has its own balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs

The second level:
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with wardrobe
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed with wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower, spa (spa not in use) and toilet
- Kitchenette
- Lounge area with couch and TV
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer
- Big drying room (mainly used for drying ski gear)
This second level has its own balcony with outdoor couch, table and chairs

Guest access:
You will have access to the bottom 2 floors of the house. The homeowners have the top floor locked off for personal use and will not be there upon your stay. You will be provided the access details on the day of arrival.

Other things to note:
- Please note that the infinity pool is not heated
- Pool is solar heated - best used from November till April
- The spas are not operational - indoor and outdoor
- There is plenty of parking at the house so if you needed to bring your boat, there is lots of space to keep it at the property
- Strictly no parties
- House is located 5mins from Goughs Bay
- Explore the local township such as Mansfield, take kids to the Maze & Art Gallery only minutes from the house
- Visit Delatite Winery with a newly renovated first-class restaurant or visit the Mansfield Zoo only 10 mins away.
