Walk into your king size bedroom with its own TV and take a bath in our sumptuous free standing stone soaker bath. Split system heating/cooling throughout, underfloor heating in the bathroom, heated towel rail and electric blanket with dual controls.

Walking distance to the Hepburn Bathhouse, Surley Goat and the wonderful Palais Theatre to name a just a few.

One of the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. Short walk to Hepburn springs creek and day spa. We were itching to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view and sounds from the creek and wildlife but unfortunately during our stay the weather wasn’t the greatest. We loved the open fire and the stone bath was quite big and comfortable for 2. Great well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again 👌😀
