Exceptionally disappointing.
New house build next door - woken at 7 every morning .. pity the house owner failed to mention it. Inadequate bathroom facilities for the size of the property, smoking chimney made us queasy .. other than that is was great!

Great family weekend
We (extended family) loved the space to spread out and also share different activities. Birds, garden and beach nearby-magic. Pool table definitely a favourite. Look forward to visiting again. Marnie was a great host, very quick with responses, Anne-children and grandchildren.

We love sharing our family beach house with other families and get joy out of hearing how much they have enjoyed the space.

Why they chose this property

We love Somers because it is less busy than the other side of the Peninsula and so close to so many beautiful beaches and also the wineries and restaurants Red Hill and surrounding areas have to offer too.
The beach across the road is reached by a small path that leads up and over a sand dune to reveal the natural beauty of Somers beach which is often visited by dolphins and also has a floating raft to swim out to and hang out on in the Summer months.

What makes this property unique

While this property was built 60 or so years ago, it still maintains it's charm while also having the modern comforts such as Air-conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and good quality furniture, linen and guest amenities.
