FANTASTIC VIEWS - 2 night minimum stay available off season. Family friendly residence close to the Beach. Upstairs one level living with exceptional views from Iluka Bluff and the ocean to the north, the Lighthouse Hill and around to Lovers Point and Pippi Beach. Accommodates 5

Classic beach house close to the beach, perfect for a family holiday. Extensive glassed living area offers comfortable seating while providinga panoramic view over miles of ocean. Short stroll to Main, Convent and Pippi Beaches. After a day at the beach, enjoy some family fun in the games room with the fully equipped Pool Table.

Features well equipped kitchen facilities with large timber bench for dining. Accommdates family of up to six, with large Master bedroom with ocean views and 2nd TV.Second bedroom has 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes. There is an additional single bedavailable in the pool room. Ceiling fans throughout.

There are two bathrooms - one with bathtub, toilet and vanity, and the second bathroom is has a shower and another toilet with hand basin. Laundry facilities providedwith washer and dryer in separate room next to Kitchen. Guests are permitted to use the clothesline in the rear yard with access through from the side passage.

Parking for 2 cars under Carport in driveway next to garage. Storage space in the foyer in the entrance at the bottom of the stairs.

*Please note: this home has a separate apartment downstairs, permanently tenanted.
