Beached @ Yamba is the perfect holiday retreat.
This two level air-conditioned house is close to Yamba town and its many beaches. It overlooks Clarence River and is ideally situated for holiday-makers, weekenders and travellers. The dog-friendly park across the road is a great place for a stroll, and you can grab some local prawns or fish n' chips a short walk along the river, and meet the resident pelicans. Walk into town for a coffee or meal, or pop into the local bowling and golf clubs, just up the road.
The house was built in the seventies and has been totally refurbished in 2022 in a retro beach style, providing a casual, nostalgic atmosphere for a family holiday. We even get kangaroos hopping though the garden or grazing on the front lawn!
It has polished timber floorboards, a terrace with water views, dining bar & BBQ, a large outdoor deck with dining table and sun-loungers, hammock in garden, 2 new bathrooms and toilets, laundry with washer/dryer. Pets welcome in a large, fully fenced backyard.
Bedding Configuration = 2 x Queen beds, 1 x single bed, 1 x bunk (2 child beds), 1 x sofa bed. Linen and towels included. Off street parking for cars and boat.
The house is divided into upstairs and downstairs accommodation, with separate entrances that can be used by one or more families, or for teenagers, guests or other family members. Please note that the house is always rented as a single entity, so you won't be sharing with anyone else - you have the entire home and backyard to yourselves, no matter how many people are in your group. We do not offer discounts to book the home separately, as it is only rented as single accommodation.
Upstairs is air-conditioned and has a full kitchen, dining area, lounge and TV room (flat screen smart TV, DVD, blue-tooth stereo, movies & CDs), terrace with outside table & Weber family sized BBQ, 2 bedrooms (5 beds) and a bathroom. Downstairs is not air-conditioned but has a wall fan - it is a self-contained studio with Queen bed, sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, dining area, TV and kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers.
We do not permit parties at the property. It is for the use of the renters only!

Excellent stay in Yamba! Mark was an exceptional host and his home was perfect for our family. Super comfy beds, beautiful grounds and roomy kitchen & living space. Loved the upper deck and views. He gave great tips and advice. Loved this town and home.
Travelled as two couples, kid free for a weekend of good food, good drink and good times, house was in a perfect location and is exactly as advertised, will stay again, cheers
My husband and I, our two friends and our dogs stayed here over New Years. The owner Mark was great with communication, the house was in an awesome location just across from the water and close to town. The house itself is perfect for two couples or a family with teenagers. The downstairs deck was really nice to sit on and watch the dogs run around in the back yard. We (and the dogs) had a blast and are keen to go back sometime later this year. Thanks so much Mark!

Sun streams upstairs all day lovely view of the water the backyard is Huge very leafy private 2 gorgeous big trees totally fenced beaches and beaches everywhere a short drive to the main dog beach but many on leash lovely walks with water

Great place for 2 couples as it has upstairs & downstairs independent of each other. Clean, comfortable, close to town & great for pups with large back yard.
Relaxing with views to the Clarence. The backyard has beautiful melaleuca's with easy maintenance landscaping. The house is an original and has that retro beach house feel. Thanks for the stay
We took our dog and had some friends stay for a couple of days. Great set up with 2 seperate units in the one house. Fully fenced so good for the dog as well. A bit of a walk to the beaches, but a nice location on the river, handy to everything.
We chose the property with dogs in mind, didn't end up taking them but absolutely loved the property, quiet and convenient. Our adult children and their young kids had upstairs we took the self contained downstairs. Loved it!! Back fence may have worried me a little if we had dogs but overall a fantastic spot

I love this house. Have admired it from driving by for years. The interiors have actually been updated since these photos were taken so that was pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.
This is our 2nd stay at this property.
2 self contained floors which is ideal for our trip as we have my sister and brother in law and their dog downstairs and my wife myself and our dog upstairs. Excellent large backyard.Great parking for boat and 2 cars..very laid back relaxing vibe to the property and its location is outstanding for dog walks, stroll for coffee and enjoying all Yamba has to offer..
Also great communication with owner..

This is a really cool little house with a fab back yard and the hammock is a real highlight. So good to be able to take the dog on holiday. Lots of easy walking nearby.
The house was very well equipped with a self contained unit downstairs which suited our octogenarian perfectly. Nice views and well located. Dog friendly! We'll be back with the pooches.
Ok, so it wasn't the stay we had planned, but it was comfortable, clean and an easy walk to town. Unfortunately we were isolating awaiting our precautionary Covid tests and our family were locked down in Brisbane, so they couldn't join us.
just need some decent fans as the wall ones do not work as they blow above where your lying in bed. apart from that the house was excellent and will be staying there again. perfect backyard for dogs. loved it
